Party B : Industrial and Commercial Bank of China

Party A voluntarily applies for Party B's online insurance service and signs the agreement to expressly specify rights and obligations of the parties.

I. If Party A applies for Party B's Online Insurance Service, it must have one of ICBC Elite-Club Card, Peony Quasi-credit Card or Moneylink Card.

II. Party A entrusts Party B to pay insurance premium that Party A should pay to Taiping Life Insurance Company through Party B's Internet Banking. Party A has known the insured insurance terms before signing the agreement.

III. Party A guarantees the insured is Party A itself and the applicant and the insured is the same person.

IV. Party A guarantees the trueness and correctness of the information entered when insuring. After Party A insures, the insurer mails original of insurance policy to the address entered by Party A. Party B takes no responsibility for Party A's failure to receive the insurance policy due to less detailed address or incorrect telephone number.

V. Party A shall online enter the payment password of the valid registered card of the Party B. Party A can insure after Party B confirms the payment password.

VI. Taiping Lift Insurance Company authorizes Party B to sell insurance products as an agent through Party B's Internet Banking and promises to undertake all the legal responsibility in connection with agency business under the authorized scope. Party B is responsible for providing online insuring and insurance info enquiry service and pay insurance premium for Party A through Party B's Internet Banking according to E-Payment transaction instruction submitted by Party A. Settlement of disputes arising from the insurance will be directly under the responsibility of Taiping Life Insurance Company.

VII. Party A can enquire detailed information after 24 hours upon insuring. The insuring result, insuring date, starting insurance date and liability termination date is subject to information on the insurance policy. Party A can directly consult Taiping Life Insurance Company if it fails to receive the insurance policy sent by Taiping Life Insurance Company within 10 days.

VIII. If Party A needs to return the insurance after insuring, it can directly contact Taiping Life Insurance Company for the purpose.

IX. Party A can enquire info about accepted policies purchased by Party A from Taiping Life Insurance Company with the policy info enquiry function in the online insurance service page of Party B.

X. Party B's online insurance service page may contain channels connected with other websites and materials provided by the third party. Party B takes no responsibility for trueness of the materials and information provided by other websites and takes no legal responsibility for the consequences arising herefrom.

XI. Party B takes no responsibility for failure in correctly executing Party A's instruction resulted from the following reasons:

(I) Party B receives unclear, luanma or incomplete instructions;

(II) Party A's account has insufficient deposit balance;

(III) Fund in Party A's account is frozen or deducted lawfully;

(IV) Party A fails to correctly operate according to Party B's related business regulations;

(V) Network and communication troubles;

(VI) Force majeure or other reasons tan Party B.

XII. Party B shall keep confidential for application material and other information provided by Party A, unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations.

XIII. Party A shall properly keep the Internet Banking registered card number, logon password and payment password. All the operations made with the password shall be deemed as those made by Party A itself. E-info records resulted from insuring and enquiry with the password shall be the valid document of the transaction.

XIV. Unless otherwise agreed by both parties, Party A agree to process the business under the agreement in accordance with business regulations and financial business practice of Party B.

XV. The agreement applies to laws of the People's Republic of China.

XVI. The agreement comes into effect on the signing date and automatically ends on the termination day of the insurance policy.
