Introduction of Peony Quasi-Credit Card

　　Peony Quasi Credit Card is credit card issued by ICBC and is used only in China and settled in Renminbi. It has functions of credit consumption, transfer settlement and deposit and withdrawal of cash, etc. Peony Quasi-credit Card belongs to quasi-credit card. The Cardholder is required to deposit certain amount of reserved capital. When balance of reserved capital account is not enough for payment, overdrawing can be made within the credit limit specified. Credit limit can be used in cycle way. Peony Quasi Credit Card is divided into Business Card and Personal Card according to its issuing targets and gold card and Classic according to credit grade.

Supplementary Card have the same credit limit with the Principal Card
　　When applying for Principal Card, the applicant can apply for Supplementary Card for its relatives. The functions of the Supplementary Card are the same with the Principal Card. Principal Card and Supplementary Card share credit limit of the account.
Flexible Repayment Mode
　　Business Office --One can make repayment in any ICBC business office. The amount is entered into the account within the current day if the repayment is made in the same city.
　　Telephone Banking --Transfer to Peony card account from other account through ICBC Telephone Banking system.
All-day service and free from afterward worry
　　Telephone Banking and Internet Banking are opened 24 hours a day. A cardholder can consult or enquire account through customer service hotline. If you lose peony credit card, you can apply for emergent payment stop through customer service hotline wherever you are.

Instructions

　　1. Please the applicant and guarantor carefully read《ICBC Peony Quasi-Credit Card Procedures》、《Peony Quasi Credit Card Application Contract》and relatedguarantee contractand then complete the following items carefully with pen or signature pen.
　　2. The applicant should provide copy of valid ID certificate and the guarantor should also provide copy of valid ID certificate; if the guarantor is a corporate or other economic organization, it should provide corporate qualification certificate; copies of power of attorney of the competent signatory and related certification and a recent colorful one-inch photo without hat if applying for Card with Color Photo.
　　3. Identity certificate mentioned in the application form refers to ID card, passport, officer certificate, police officer certificate and other valid identity certificate approved by public security department.
　　4. Unit code type mentioned in the application form refers to corporate code certificate, business license, administrative agency, social groups, arm force, police force, subordinated units or others.
　　5. Please refer to corresponding items in the Principal Card applicant's materials for filling items of education degree, post, Occupation and technical title in the form of the Supplementary Card applicant and personal guarantor.
　　6. Please refer to unit mature in the unit guarantor materials for the unit nature in the application form.
　　7. There are total 5 application forms. You can fill in by clicking "Next" button. Of them, materials of the Principal Card applicant is required to fill in, materials of the Supplementary Card applicant is required when you want to apply for Supplementary Card. If you don't want to accept the service, you can skip it by clicking "Next" and remaining forms are subject to details instructions to fillers.
