1. All together there are 5 application forms. If you don't need to apply for supplementary card, you can skip them.
2. Please ensure correctness of your contact information. We will contact you in five working days. You should submit copy of your own ID, copy of the guarantor's ID, legal certificates of company or other economic organization (if they provide guarantee), copies of power of attorney and certificate of the competent signatory. One one-inch recent color photo without hat if color photo card is applied.
