If you wish to cancel a certain type of statement, erase "√" in the box in front of the statement. You can choose and cancel as many statements as you can. 2. Once the paper statement is cancelled, you cannot reset it through Internet Banking. If you wish to have paper statement again, call Telephone Banking 95588 or apply in person at ICBC Counter. 3. If there is a need to change the statement's delivery address, mailbox and mobile No., change directly on the webpage. Information updated here will not change your personal particulars at the same time. Click Update Personal Particulars if you need to change.
