You can enrol in these authentication programs simply by applying for Personal Internet Banking now. No fee is charged. "Visa/Master Card Confidential Information" can be used to verify if the website where you shop at is true and reliable. If the online merchaint is secure, confidential infomation displayed at the website will be the same as being set earlier in Personal Internet Banking system. If you need to modify confidential information, you can logon ICBC Personal Internet Banking and make changes anytime under "Modify Customer Information" . Number of characters entered for "Visa/Master Card Confidential Information" must be under 30 and less than 15 if Chinese characters.
