    Register online through self-service: Click "Register" - "Register Personal Internet Banking" on the Homepage of ICBC website and become a user. Customer registered through self-service can enjoy all basic services as account enquiry, B2C shopping, VISA and MasterCard online shopping verification.

    Register at ICBC business offices: Customer registered through self-service or not yet registered can register Internet Banking at ICBC business offices with Peony Card and valid identity document. More Internet Banking services are available once become a user.

    Add Registration Card at ICBC business offices: If you are already a user of ICBC Internet Banking registered through ICBC Counter, you can add the Registration Card of Internet Banking at ICBC business office with your Registration Card, Peony Card and valid identity document. After that, you can enjoy more Internet Banking services.

II. Internet Banking Functions

    Account Management:Manage Registration Card of Internet Banking by yourself.

    Account Enquiry: Enquiry on the basic details of peony card account, available credit, balance, statement, transaction details, e-return slip.

    Messenging: Subscribe the real time reminding services on change of Peony Card balance and e-Statement delivery services.

    Online Shopping: Do B2C shopping on websites in China and overseas. Before using International Credit Card to shop at foreign websites without Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode, call 95588 to enroll the service first.

    Pay bill: Peony Credit Card or Peony Quasi Credit Card can be used to pay all daily sundry bills of yourself or others such as mobile fee, phone bill, water and electricity, or buy merchandize or services from companies that ICBC act as agent to sell on behalf.

    Statement: Enquire/Download the statement of Peony Credit Card, Peony Quasi Credit Card or International Card free of charge. p; Online Shopping: Do B2C shopping on websites in China and overseas.     Year-end Clearing List: Enquire/Download the list of summary total and transaction details made by the cardholder and supplementary holder of Peony International Card, or summary by items and download the detail list of spending, withdrawal, transfer, fee, interest and deposit. The list shows a clear picture on the use of the card in the past year as well as a reference to the family financials for the year end.

    Authentication Services from Visa and MasterCard: Holders of Visa and MasterCard have the option to enroll Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode when shopping at overseas websites in a much secure fashion. Click "Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard SecureCode" for more information.

    Transfer and Remittances: Transfers can be made between registered accounts, between ICBC branches and with other banks.
