1 e-Card is not a physical card but carries a function to control the limit of deposit. e-Card can be applied or cancelled online through self-service.
2. Only one RMB e-Card can be applied for you. No application fee. Under one currency only one international e-Card can be applied. Card fee is collected annually.
3. RMB e-Card and International e-Card can only be used for transfer between your registered Internet Banking accounts. No outward transfer.
4. Once you have applied for RMB e-Card, you can only use it to pay for online shopping at domestic websites. If you have RMB e-Card and international e-Card at the same time, either card can be used for payment of online shopping at domestic websites.
5. International e-Card can only be used for payment of online shopping at overseas websites which implement "Verified by Visa" to authenticate online sales transactions. |
