ICBC Internet Banking Personal Customer e-Card Service Agreement
Party A: 金融@家 Party B: Industrial and Commercial Bank of China
Party A voluntarily applies for Internet Banking e-card service of Party B. Party A and Party B sign the agreement to specify rights and obligations of the both parties.
I. E-Card available under Party B's Internet Banking is an account without any physical media for users of Party B's Personal Internet Banking to shop online. Services offered to Party A include enquiry, transfer between cards, online payment, no benefits such as card or passbook. II. Party A can apply only one Internet banking E-card. After Party A successfully applies the service, Party A can only use Internet-banking E-card for B2C online payment. III. When Party A uses Internet-banking E-card Service of Party B, Party A shall correctly operate according to regulations of Party B. Party B takes no responsibility for losses caused by improper operation. IV. Party A shall properly keep the payment password of the Internet-banking E-card. All the operations made with the password shall be deemed as those made by the card holder. E-info records resulted from various settlement transactions with E-info such as password shall be the valid document of the transaction. Ⅴ. Party B shall not provide loss report service for Internet-banking E-card. Party A must logon Internet Banking and reset own password if it forgets or discloses it. Party A takes full responsibility for all the consequences occurred before completing resetting. Ⅵ. All the amounts through B2C online payment with Internet-banking E-card by Party A are authorized to enter the E-card account registered in Party A. Party A can automatically enquire account details and Party B doesn't provide bank statement service. VII. Party B only provides Party A with safe and reliable Internet B2C payment service. Party A shall not refuse make payment to Party A with excuse of disputes with its special website or other third party. VIII. Party B takes no responsibility when it fails to correctly execute Party A's instruction in any of the following cases. (I) Party B receives unclear, mixed code or incomplete instructions; (II) Insufficient deposit balance in Party A’s account; (III) Monies in Party A's account are frozen or withheld by law; (IV) Force majeure or other reasons than Party B. Ⅸ.Party A's use of Internet-banking E-card account is controlled by account balance upper limit, the balance upper limit is set and changed by Party A by logon Internet Banking. Party A shall take responsibility for disputes arising from higher account balance than set upper limit due to BtoC shopping return. X. Party A shall not degrade and damage Party B's reputation nor take various means to intentionally defraud Fund from the bank, otherwise, Party B has right to terminate providing Party A with Internet-banking E-card service at its own discretion and can claim for losses caused by this. XI. Party B can improve service items on the Internet banking according to technology advance and business development, but Party B shall give a notice to Party A in an appropriate way before the improvement. XII. In occurrence of force majeure event such as natural disasters, or other unpredicted conditions, resulting in failure of Party A in handling Internet-banking E-card business, Party B takes no responsibility for this. XIII. Party B shall keep confidential for application materials and other info provided by Party A, unless otherwise specified by laws, regulations and rules. XIV. Party A can reflect or provide your suggestions and advice on Internet Banking at business offices of Party B or by calling "95588". Disputes arising during execution of the agreement shall be settledthrough negotiation. If failure in agreement, either party can submit to the local Court of Party B. XV. Matters not covered in the agreement shall be settled according to Party B's business regulations or financial practice. XVI. The agreement is caused into execution upon signing and signature by both parties and ends at the next working day of Party B after Party A completes Internet-banking E-card cancellation on Party B's Internet Banking. XVII. Disputes in connection with the agreement are applied to Laws of the People's Republic of China.

1. e-Card is a payment card especially for online payment. The card is not a physical card and has upper limit. Customers of Personal Internet Banking applied online by themselves. This is a standard China Unionpay Moneylink card without passbook. 2. A customer can apply for only one e-Card. No additional charge for e-Card registration and application. After you apply e-Card, you can make payment for online shopping using e-Card only. Overdraft is not allowed. 3. Transfer is available between e-Card and your registered card, but not with other account than registered card. 4. You can set upper deposit limit for e-Card. Interest of deposit in the e-Card is calculated at interest rate of current deposit.
