1. After signing T+0 Financing Agreement, you can draw money at the counter and self-help terminal or carry out consumption at POS with Elite Club Card in the region where your account is opened. On this condition, if the basic account balance of the card is deficiency, you may overdraw the money, with maximum overdrawn amount no more than the total amount of all fixed deposits in the card.
2. If you choose "Check other account before overdrawing", ICBC will automatically check the total available balance of all the current accounts in the same currency in the Elite-Club account when overdrawing occurs. If the available balance is greater or equal to overdrawn amount, overdrawing is not allowed. If the available balance is smaller than overdrawn amount, the overdrawing is allowed.
3. If you choose "Not check other account before overdrawing", ICBC will not check other current account except the basic account, and directly allow you to overdraw.
4. After you overdraw with Elite Club card, if you fail to repay overdrawn amount in time, at the end of the business day, ICBC will in advance draw from your fixed account under the Elite Club account according to the actual overdrawn amount to offset the overdrawn account. If the overdrawn amount is repaid within the day, no interest of the overdraw amount is charged.
