A service to allow ad-hoc overdraft for your Elite Club Card.Overdraft is limited to the current day only,up to a maximum of the total of all the fixed deposits in your Elite Club Card. No interest. All overdraft must be repaid on the day. If you cannot repay personally,Internet Banking system will automatically deduct from the fixed deposit account in the overdraft card to make up the shortfall.
Conditions to Apply:
1. Sign ICBC General Agreement on Online Personal Finance Service first before signing up T+0 Finance.
2. You need USB-Shield to apply online different types of financial services. Apply one at ICBC busines office if you do not have any.
3. Click "Help" at the top right or call 95588 to check for more details.
【How to Apply】
Step 1:Follow the instructions on the webpage.Select and set your Elite Club Card,confirm if all other accounts in the card should be checked before overdraft,set the effective date of the agreement,agreement term,auto-renewal and term for auto-renewal. Press 'Confirm'.
Step 2: Go to the webpage for confirmation.Confirm all the settings and service fee.Use USB-Shield to sign after everything is checked without errors.Once authenticated,you have successfully signed up the service.

Considerations
1. Once you sign the T+0 Finance Agreement, you are allowed to overdraw if the basic account in your Elite Club Card does not have enough balance to cover while you use the card at your opening ICBC branch, draw cash at ATM or use the card to pay at POS. Maximum can be drawn is an amount not over the total of all fixed deposit in the card.
2. If you choose "Check other account before overdraft", Internet Banking system will automatically check the available balances in all the current accounts of the same currency in your Elite Club Account. If the available balance is greater or equal to the overdraft, you cannot overdraw, else overdraft is allowed if less than the amount overdrawn.
3 If you choose "Do not check other account before overdraft", ICBC will not check the balance in all other current accounts except the basic account and allow you to overdraw straight away.
4. Once your Elite Club Card is overdrawn and you cannot repay in time, ICBC will draw in advance an amount equal to the overdraft from the fixed account in your card at the end of the day to make up the shortfall. No interest will be collected.
