Batch Transfer: Transfer/remittance to many ICBC accounts within the same city through single submission of batch transfer instruction.

Important: Batch transfers/remittances are executed in batch everyday at around 7:00, 11:30, 16:00, 18:00 and 21:30. Your batch instructions will be executed in the next nearest batch. You can check the processing status of the instruction through “Check transfer/remittance instructions”. Make sure the status of the instruction is “processing failed” before submitting the instruction again. Do not submit repeatedly.
For customers who have subscribed balance change alerts and submitted more than one batch instructions between any periods, SMS for balance change alerts will be processed together.

Menu Tip Message 1. Before conducting Batch Transfer/Remittance business, you should firstly use Customer Tool Software offered by ICBC to edit various transfer/remittance info into a file and save it, and then submit the file through this function.
2. Receiving account should be: current account (not include basic account of Elite Club Card and linked current account), Money Link Card, Elite Club Card, Quasi Credit Card, Credit Card and International Card (for credit only). The transaction limit for one batch transfer is 50, and the amount limit for each transaction is RMB person_remit_max_quota@000 (included) or equivalent.
3. When conducting Batch Transfer/Remittance business, you will use ICBC Personal Customer Certificate. If you have not applied for the certificate, please go to any of ICBC business offices to go through the relevant procedures. For more info, please click here: Personal Customer Certificate .
