1. Click the link of any funds custody product you wish to look up, and view the respective sample agreement.
2. Under this product, only Party A (Payer or Buyer) is allowed to apply to sign any agreement on the custody of funds. Once Party B (Payee or Seller) confirms the agreement initiated and successfully signed by Party A, ICBC will generate the custody sub-A/C for both parties of A and B.
3. For self-closing products successfully applied, the vesting area of the generated custody sub-A/C should coincide with the area of the initial payment A/C assigned by Party B .
