Custody of funds: A service for the safety of transaction funds for both buyers and sellers as well as intermediary (if any), for making sure the transaction is successful. Click "Service Details" for more information.
Funds custody products: A function for checking products on custody of funds, either closed by yourself or by intermediary, and proceed to sign an agreement.

*Name of custody agreement:   Assign a name for the custody agreement in case of any checking or update later.
*Contract name:   Enter the contract name signed between the two parties.
*Amount in custody agreement:   Yuan Amount deposited to the custody sub-A/C by Party A cannot over the amount entered here.

Menu Tip Message 1. Party B must be a customer of ICBC Internet Banking using USB-Shield, or else Party B cannot confirm the custody agreement initiated by Party A.
2. Before confirmation of the agreement by Party B, ICBC will collect the custody fee from the receiving/payment account of the party who assumes the fee. Please make sure there is sufficient balance in the respective A/C before confirmation by Party B. Otherwise the confirmation will be failed.
3. Once the signing of the agreement is initiated by Party A, only after rejected by Party B did the agreement can be updated by Party A. However Party A can void the agreement.
4. Party B can view, reject or confirm the agreement initiated by Party A and pending confirmation by Party B. ICBC will generate the custody sub-A/C after successful confirmation by Party B.
