3. You may download all information about the beneficiary and import to Customer Software Tool for you to edit batch payment instructions conveniently.
4. This function is only available for the customers with transfer authorization. Customers without transfer authorization should go to local ICBC Business Offices to add and change the information in My list of Payees.
