Instructions to Small Account Cancellation on Internet
    1. Small Account Cancellation on Internet shall refer to cancellation of RMB personal current account and related card account with deposit balance of less than RMB 300 (included) on Internet Banking.
    2. ICBC takes customers card number (Deposit-book account number), password or customer certificate as mark to identify the customer and takes it as legal and effective basis to issue e-transaction instruction to process Small Account Cancellation on Internet.
    3. Deposit balance and interest after deducting interest tax when canceling the account will be transferred to the account with same name specified by the customer. If transferred account specified is intra-city account, ICBC will collect related transaction fees according to personal intra-city remittance collection standards.
    4. Before small account cancellation, the customer shall carefully check the balance and transaction details and ICBC will not provide enquiry service on the account after cancellation.
    5. Cancellation of small account comes into effect immediately and the related deposit book/card is invalid. The customer can make no business with the Deposit-book/card. After a customer complete small account cancellation, it should destroy the Deposit-book/card in time. Otherwise, all the consequences are under responsibility of the customer.
