Menu Tip Message 1. Pay your annual service of Internet Banking. Annual service fee of non-Elite-club customer is 12 Yuan and that of Elite Club customer is zero.
2. Customers do not pay can use the following functions: account enquiry in My Account, Forex information in Online Forex (charged service), Stock news in Online Securities (charged service), all the function in ICBC Messenging, online report loss in Customer Service and annual service fee payment. You can't use other functions.
