1. Permissions for external payment via Internet Banking include: external transfer, e-commerce (online shopping payment) and bill payment. You can open or close the permission as necessary.
2. You can close ""external transfer"" by yourself. If you need to open the function again, go to ICBC outlet. Once the function is opened, you can transfer money from your account to outside party via Internet Banking.
3. You can close ""e-commerce"" and ""bill payment"" by yourself. If the status of ""external transfer"" is open, you can open ""e-commerce"" and ""bill payment"". If the status of ""external transfer"" is closed, you have to open ""e-commerce"" and ""bill payment"" at the ICBC counter.
4. Once ""e-commerce"" is opened, you can use your Internet Banking registration card added at the counter to make B2C payment for your online shopping.
5. Once ""bill payment"" is opened, you can make related payments under Internet Banking - Bill Payment, Donation, Online Insurance-Renew-Regional Policy.
6. After signing up to use USB-Shield (Code Card) for authentication of wealth management transactions, during every logon for first-time non-enquiry transactions (FX trading, online gold, ICBC wealth management, online fund, online T-bond, online insurance), the system will ask you to use certificate to sign or code card password to verify. The aim is to add extra security to your Internet Banking. |
