1. Self-help registration customer or the customer registering in ICBC business office (including Moneylink Card and Quasi Credit card) can all use the function to cancel Internet Banking. After canceling, you are not allowed to log on Internet Banking. 2. If you have E-card registered, you can cancel the Internet Banking only after you cancel E-card first. 3. If you are certificate customer and the certificate is not expired, please first cancel the certificate and then you can cancel Internet Banking. 4. On the self-help cancellation day, you are suggested not opening any account.
