Personalized Settings: A group of functions to customize personal netvigation bar, logon home page, enquire/modify Logon Mode, customize stock, sign Finance Service Agreement, e-Commerce/outward transfer privilege.
Enquire/Modify Logon Mode: Logon Modes can be set.

    Dear Customer, choose from below one or several Personal Internet Banking logon modes. Only the mode you set can be used during next logon, or use this function to make adjustment anytime.

 
Internet Banking Logon Password + Registered Card（A/C) No.      
Internet Banking Logon Password + Username
 
· Username must be a string of 6-15 characters,in alphabets, numbers or underscores.
   
  USBkey + USBkey Password  
  Pre-set Question: · Set a question and answer(up to 10 Chinese characters each)for retrieving the username in case you forget,or for authentication when your Personal Banking is locked-up.

1. Card No. - Registered Card No. + Logon Password.
2. Username - Enter the pre-set Username + Logon Password. Username must be 6-15 characters in alphabets, numbers or underscores.
3. To make sure your Internet Banking is safe, do not disclose your personal details to anyone such as Card No, Username, Logon Password and Certificate Password.
4. Verify your Username first to ensure it is not the same as those that other custsomers have been set, or let system to automatically verify after you have set.
5. Pre-set Questions and Answers are set by customers (no relationship between the two). Ex: "Your Birthplace?", Answer is "Tianjin". It is recommended that both question and answer are clear and easy to remember.
6. In those transactions that are needed to verify the question and answer reserved, Internet Banking will display back "Pre-set Question" and you have to enter correct "Pre-set Answer".
7. To retreive your forgotton Username, enter the pre-set answer to the pre-set question prompted on the page during transaction.
