 Operation Guide    

    Third Party Depositary of Securities Settlement is an ICBC service for those who are interested in buying/selling stocks. ICBC as your Depositary Bank facilitate any monetary transfers (Bank-Securities Transfer) between ICBC and your Securities Company. A Management A/C for Securities Settlement will be opened to reflect the ledger balances and updates. The A/C serves to monitor the settlement of the stocks you bought/sold.

The Third Party Depositary - Self-service Registration
Register Third Party Depositary (Self-Service): A function for investor to sign the Third Party Depositary agreement, sign up the Third Party Depositary service for the settlement monies, and establish the binding relationship between ledger in the securities company and settlement account in ICBC.

Change Bank Settlement A/C
Pending for Service Maintenance.

Bank-to-Securities Company
or "Bank-to-Securities"- investors transfer monies from settlement account to the ledger in the securities company.

Securities Company-to-Bank
or "Securities-to-Bank"- investors transfer monies out from ledger in the securities company to settlement account in the bank.

Check balance in settlement A/C
Pending for Service Maintenance.

Check balance in bank A/C for trading securities
Pending for Service Maintenance.

Intraday Transaction Details Enquiry
Check the transfers between ICBC and Securities Company of the day, and the balance in the Management A/C for Securities Settlement.

History Details Enquiry
Check the history balance, history transfers, closing details in the Management A/C for Securities Settlement.
