3rd Party Depositary: a function for placing securities order, updating the bank A/C and checking the latest news and stock quotes.
Third Party Depositary: ICBC being the custody bank for customers' margin accounts offers the service of transferring monies to-and-from the margin A/C. Also available under the service is the enquiry on the balance in the account and the closing details as a precautionary measure to protect your monies in the account.
Check exception transfer: If investor encounters unilateral account (amount deducted from debit account, but no entry to the credit account) after bank-securities transfer initiated from the bank side, use this function to check the status of the exception transaction. Only support enquiry on the exception transfer of the day.

1. Choose one third-party depositary product first, then click one action in the column. 2 Make the bank-securities transfer during service hours, generally 9:00 AM - 15:30 PM. Otherwise the transfer will be unsuccessful. 3. If investor encounters unilateral account (amount deducted from debit account, but no entry to the credit account) after bank-securities transfer initiated from the bank side, use this function to check the status of the exception transaction. Only support enquiry on the exception transfer of the day. 4. Call 95588 to re-set the offset times. 5. Offset: use offset to solve the exception transaction and add the amount to the credit account; Auto-process policy: ICBC system automatically performs the offset. |
