6 To Promote Innovation in Customer Centric Development
Small business has constituted an important part in the prosperity of China's economy. For ICBC, the largest commercial bank of China, to support the development of small and medium enterprises is not only the natural choice in business transition, but also the social responsibility. China Urban Finance interviewed with the leader of Corporate Banking Dept.II, ICBC, and went to Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, where small business is most developed. With the help of Zhejiang Branch, Jiangsu Branch, Guangdong branch and Shenzhen branch, reporters conducted in-depth research on front-line and gathered useful experience, in hope to promote the small business services.
18 Rational Reflection and Inspiration on China's Financial Service Development

26 The Interpretation on 2008 July to August's International Financial Market Trends
During 2008 July 15th to August 29th, the international financial market showed 3 major changes: the U.S. dollar rebounded, oil prices fell and global stock market mismatched. The main causes were the division of the world's economic cycle, the potential change of international capital flow, and the U.S. problem's globalization. As the U.S. economy's relative strong position is short-term and global investment's long-term trend and diversification are stable, we believe the 3 changes are only short-term fluctuations.
30 The Bank Presidents' Desks Move into Business Hall
Traditionally speaking, a bank president's routine in office is reading and commenting on documents, meeting with high-end clients, and so on. However, in Liaoning branch, ICBC, the branch president's desk had been moved into business hall. For what consideration was this system born? What's the result of its implementing? In search of answers to these questions, China Urban Finance reporters and correspondents jointly interviewed with Zhu Lifei, the president of Liaoning branch, ICBC, and visited Shenyang, Liaoyang and Anshan branches.
