  [摘 要] 本文通过构建商业银行核心竞争力评价指数模型,对2009年工商银行与10家国际大银行进行比较分析,得出如下结论:2007年以来,工商银行克服国际金融危机和国内经济波动的影响,核心竞争力稳步提升,与国际大银行之间的差距逐步缩小,净利润、总市值和品牌价值已成为并继续保持全球第一;资产质量大幅提升,风险管理能力进入前列;但产品、业务结构、员工效率和员工激励与国际大银行相比仍存在较大差距。未来工商银行应充分运用外生式增长模式,不断提升财富管理等重要业务的利润贡献水平,防范金融创新进程中的各类风险,不断提升国际竞争力和影响力。

  [Abstract] The paper builds a core competence evaluation index model to compare the competence of ICBC and 10 international leading banks in 2009. Since 2007, ICBC has overcome the impacts of international financial crisis and domestic economic fluctuation, steadily improved its core competence and gradually narrowed the gap with international leading banks. Moreover, ICBC’s net income, market value and brand value have become and keep ranking first globally, its asset quality has been improved outstandingly, and risk management capacity has steped into the leading group. However, in contrast to international leading banks, ICBC still lags behind in product variety, business structure, stuff efficiency and staff incentive. ICBC should make full use of exogenous growth pattern, constantly enhance the profit contribution of important business, such as wealth management, guard against various risks in the process of financial innovation, and keep improving its international competitiveness and influence.

  商业银行流动性缺口管理的改进方法及实证分析

  [摘 要] 本文在中国当前使用的流动性缺口管理方法的基础上,结合巴塞尔委员会《流动性风险计量、标准和监测的国际框架(征求意见稿)》(2009),给出关于流动性风险计量的改进方法。改进方法使用了高质量流动资产、净流动性缺口和净流动性缺口占总资产的比率三个指标,克服了传统流动性缺口管理没有充分考虑资产质量和资产流动性特征等缺点,更好地反映商业银行的流动性风险。通过实证分析先对国内3家银行2006~2009年年报数据进行比较,然后对国内10家银行2009年年报数据进行比较,进一步验证了改进方法的优越性。

  [Abstract] On the basis of liquidity gap management approaches used extensively in China,the paper establishes an improved approach to measuring liquidity risk according to International Framework for Liquidity Risk Measurement, Standards and Monitoring - Consultative Document(2009)of the Basel Committee. The improved approach uses three indicators(high quality liquid assets, net liquidity gap and net liquidity gap to total assets ratio)to overcome the defect that traditional liquidity gap management fails to fully consider asset quality and liquidity, so the improved one can reflect commercial bank’s liquidity risk better. The paper first compares three domestic banks’annual report data from 2006 to 2009 and then compares 10 domestic banks’annual report data in 2009 to further test and verify the superiority of the improved approach.

  商业银行行长胜任力模型与绩效关系研究

  [摘 要] 本研究基于实证调查数据,通过路径分析探索了商业银行行长胜任力和绩效之间的相互关系,并基于路径分析的结果提出了提升商业银行行长任务绩效和关联绩效的对策建议。研究结果表明:商业银行行长的任务绩效受分析性思维与风险意识、开拓与主动性、成就导向、目标导向、执行力等5种胜任力影响较大;团队意识与自我提升、责任感、组织协调、客户导向与服务意识是商业银行行长提升关联绩效的关键驱动因素。鉴于行长胜任特征与其任务绩效、关联绩效之间的不同路径关系,商业银行只有采取不同的激励培育方略,才能有效提升商业银行行长绩效。

  [Abstract] On the basis of survey data, the paper uses path analysis to explore the relationship between the competency of president of commercial bank and president’s performance. According to the result of path analysis, the paper puts forward detailed suggestions of improving president’s task performance and contextual performance. President’s task performance is influenced significantly by five competencies, which are analytical thinking and risk awareness, pioneering and initiative, achievement orientation, goal orientation and execution. Teamwork and self-improvement, responsibility, organization coordination, customer orientation and service orientation are key drivers to enhance president’s contextual performance. Since president competency possesses different path relationships with task performance and contextual performance, commercial banks should adopt different incentive and training plans to improve president’s performance effectively.

  商业银行行为对货币政策传导效果的影响

  [摘 要] 本文基于货币政策传导模式,对商业银行的经营行为及其货币政策传导效果进行分析,发现商业银行的一些结构特征,如行业集中度较高、组织行政化明显、盈利模式较单一等,导致货币政策信号漏损,传导效果下降。为了提高货币政策传导的有效性,必须加强国有商业银行体制改革,具体的优化路径包括:发展民营银行,优化市场结构;建立现代金融企业制度,优化产权和治理结构;推进综合化经营,优化盈利结构。这样,不仅可以增强商业银行对于货币政策信号的理解能力,还能够促使其制定符合市场经济规律的信贷政策,从整体上提高国有商业银行行为与货币政策信号的匹配程度。

  [Abstract] On the basis of the conducting mode of monetary policy, the paper analyzes the operational behavior of commercial banks and the conducting effect of monetary policy. The results show that some structural characteristics of commercial banks, such as high industry concentration, administrative organization and sole profit-making pattern, result in omissions and losses of the signals of monetary policy and weaken the conducting effect. To improve the effectiveness of monetary policy conduction, system reform of state-owned commercial banks must be strengthened. Detailed optimizing paths are as follows: developing private banks to optimize market structure; establishing modern financial enterprise system to optimize property and governance structure; advancing integrated operation to enrich profit-making structure. Above-mentioned approaches can not only raise commercial banks’ understanding of monetary policy signals, but also contribute to formulating credit policies that match the rules of market economy.

  股份制银行投行业务的市场机会和管理模式

  [摘 要] 目前国内商业银行投行业务的市场格局还尚未成形,股份制商业银行开展投行业务存在短期机会,中长期来看也存在较大潜力。短期来看,股份制商业银行在缓解传统业务流失压力的同时,应抓住直接融资市场迅速发展中的业务机会,实现盈利多元化,为实现这一短期目标,股份制商业银行需理顺投行业务运营机制,并按照准事业部制设立专营机构。中长期来看,股份制商业银行应适时介入新的业务领域,通过战略投入实现未来收益和银行再造,为此股份制商业银行应打造专业团队,积极研究综合化经营模式下新兴业务领域的经营管理模式,争取业务牌照,逐渐介入盈利性更高的券商类投行业务。

  [Abstract] Domestic investment banking market of commercial banks is still in its initial stage at present, leaving good opportunities and huge potential for joint-stock commercial banks. In the short term, joint-stock commercial banks must seek to construct a more diversified profit model by actively seizing opportunities in direct financing market which is under rapid development, as well as gradually relieving the pressure resulting from traditional business drain. To achieve the short term objective, joint-stock commercial banks should rationalize the operation mechanism of investment banking and establish a specialized institute according to quasi-strategic-business-unit. In the long term, the banks should strategically participate in new business fields and increase various input to achieve new profit source and re-engineer banks. To achieve the long term objective, joint-stock commercial banks should build professional team, actively study feasible operation and management patterns of emerging business fields under the background of integrated operation, try to obtain more business licenses and gradually involve in much more profitable investment banking brokerage.

  建设中国电子票据交易中心的路径选择

  [摘 要] 针对现阶段中国电子商业汇票市场存在的问题,本文提出了建设中国电子票据交易中心的路径选择,包括电子票据交易中心的基本原则、功能与定位、组织构架、交易模式和品种、交易规则、监管以及实施步骤等。电子票据交易中心的建设过程中遇到的一些关键性问题必须得到妥善解决。首先,完善相关法律制度,推动电子票据市场健康发展;其次,电子商业汇票系统建设初期将面临纸质票据与电子票据并行局面,需要寻求合理的解决方案;第三,加强综合考量,尽快建立并完善电子商业汇票利率定价机制;第四,充分发挥票据专营机构的专业优势和在交易中心建设中的作用。

  [Abstract] In view of the problems that exist in the current electronic commercial draft market in China, a feasible path choice of building Chinese electronic commercial draft center is proposed in the paper, which includes its basic principles, function, positioning, organization structure, transaction pattern and types, transaction rules, monitoring and implementation procedure. Several key points which will emerge during its construction process should be solved properly. First, relevant laws and regulations should be improved immediately to push healthy development of electronic commercial draft market. Second, a reasonable solution is urgently needed to deal with the situation that paper bills and electronic bills will be carried out simultaneously at the initial stage of electronic commercial draft system. Third, on the basis of comprehensive investigation and balance, we should establish and perfect the pricing mechanism of interest rates of electronic commercial drafts as soon as possible. Finally, we should make full use of professional advantages of specialized institutes of bills to contribute to constructing the transaction center.

  商业银行省级分行营业部体制改革研究

  [摘 要] 省分行营业部的竞争力对商业银行在省域的经营发展至关重要。本文以某大型商业银行的某省分行营业部为样本,比较分析了其与当地其他3家大银行和系统内可比3家省分行营业部的竞争力状况。省分行营业部的经营绩效与选择的管理体制并不具有明显的相关性,而主要取决于当地的经营管理团队、市场竞争态势和上级行的政策资源支持等因素。针对如何提升营业部的竞争力水平,作者建议稳步推进营业部单列管理;加强省分行与营业部经营管理资源整合;激活网点经营细胞;实施人才强行工程;赋予营业部产品创新自主权。

  [Abstract] The competitiveness of the banking office of provincial branch is essential for commercial bank’s development. With the sample of a large commercial bank’s provincial banking office, the paper compares its competitiveness status with other three banking offices on local market and three banking offices in other provinces but under the jurisdiction of a same head office. There is no significant correlation between provincial banking office’s performance and its organization system, and the former is mainly determined by local management team, market competition status and resource support from higher authority. Centering on how to enhance the competitiveness of a banking office, the paper proposes that banking office should be managed under independent budgetary status, and provincial branch and banking office should integrate their resources. Moreover, commercial banks should activate the vitality of business outlets, fulfil the strategy of reinvigorating bank through human resource development and grant banking office more power in product innovation.

  私人银行业务的地域特征与发展策略——以四川省为例的研究

  [摘 要] 与外资银行相比,国内私人银行尚处于起步阶段,缺乏实践经验,专业人才不足,产品同质化现象比较普遍,缺乏为客户提供个性化、差异化的产品,还没有形成成熟的私人银行业务发展模式。我国商业银行应借鉴国际先进银行的成熟经验,建立符合国情和地域特征的私人银行业务发展模式:构建以目标客户群为核心的私人银行服务体系,明确目标客户定位,拓展目标客户渠道;选择适宜的私人银行营销模式;创新金融产品和服务;打造专业人才队伍;建立风险管理体系。通过这些措施迅速做大市场规模、快速提升市场竞争力,使其成为具有国际影响力的私人银行金融服务机构。

  [Abstract] In contrast to foreign banks, domestic private banking has just begun and lacks experience. Domestic private banking faces a series problems at present, such as insufficient professionals, seriously homogeneous products, lack of personalized and customized products for clients and no mature development pattern. Chinese private banking should draw references from international leading banks and establish feasible development pattern conforming to China’s realities and geographical characteristics. Detailed strategies are as follows: establishing private banking service system centering on definite customer postioning and effectively expanding target customer channel; choosing suitable marketing mode; innovating financial products and service; forging professional team; constructing risk management system. Through above-mentioned measures, Chinese private banking should try its best to expand market scale, improve competitiveness as soon as possible and grow into professional institutions with international influence.

  商业银行财富客户金融消费行为的统计与分析

  [摘 要] 本文分析了客户金融消费行为的影响因素和行为特征、商业银行提升高端客户拓展能力的要点。在对某分行进行调查的基础上,通过统计数据分析,发现财富客户具有以下行为特征:风险偏好多数为平衡型;稳定的客户持有基金、理财、保险、债券的比例较高;通过柜台和网银进行转账交易的比例较高;有客户经理维护时的客户稳定性高于无维护时,这些客户买入的理财产品占全部财富客户的六成以上,其中基金占六成以上。为了进一步维护和发展财富客户,商业银行应该细分客户群,发掘最有价值客户,为客户提供精细化服务,发挥渠道的合力和团队的合力作用。

  [Abstract] The paper analyzes factors and features of customers’ financial consumption behavior and the essentials of improving the capability of commercial banks to expand high-end customers. On the basis of an investigation into a branch, the statistical results show the following behavior features of wealth management customers: most of them have a balanced risk preference; the asset allocation proportion of stable customers in fund, wealth management products, insurance and bonds is high; the proportion of trading through counter and E-banking is high; when customer managers actively maintain customer relationships, the stability of customers is improved; wealth management products purchased by maintained customers account for more than 60% of that purchased by whole wealth management customers, 60% of which are fund. To further maintain and develop wealth management customers, commercial banks should segment customer groups, exploit most valuable customers, provide meticulous service for customers and try to play the functions of integrated and teams.

  国内和欧美手机银行业务发展的实践与创新

  [摘 要] 结合手机银行发展的新趋势,本文选取了美国银行等3家欧美银行和工商银行等4家国内银行为研究样本,围绕服务模式、产品功能、安全性和业务发展等纬度进行对比分析。跟欧美同业相比,国内手机银行针对智能手机的特色服务体系尚待进一步完善, 但产品功能更丰富,安全防范层级更高,即将进入快速成长期。因此,国内手机银行应充分把握发展机遇,大力发展客户端手机银行;充分挖掘手机定位特性,开创手机银行服务新体验;积极探索云计算集群优势,推动手机银行业务发展迈上新台阶;不断完善手机银行营销服务功能,打造具有客户粘性的手机银行新平台。

  [Abstract] In view of the new trend of mobile banking, the paper chooses three European and American banks, such as Bank of America, and four domestic banks, such as ICBC, as samples to compare and analyze their service modes, product functions, security and business development. In contrast to those foreign rivals, domestic mobile banking has not yet established distinctive service system for smart phone, but has richer product functions and higher security level. The rapid development stage of mobile banking will come soon, so domestic commercial banks should grasp opportunities and actively prepare for the challenge of market competition. First, they should aggressively develop APP mobile banking to follow the development trend of telecommunication. Second, they should fully exploit location-based service to provide more innovative service experience. Third, they should actively explore the cluster advantage of cloud computing to propel mobile banking forward. Last but not least, they should constantly improve the marketing function of mobile banking to set up a new service platform with customer stickiness.

  网络金融信息量与沪市A股价格表现的关联性

  [摘 要] 本文将网络金融信息流信息量及其算术变动量引入到EGARCH模型中,对沪市A股价格ARCH效应进行网络金融信息流角度的再解释。结果显示,引入前期网络金融信息量后,EGARCH模型拟合度得到了显著改善,对价格变动量序列自相关异方差部分的解释力明显增强;实证回归的方程式中信息量的系数准确刻画出了样本序列ARCH效应依赖网络金融信息流的程度。可以认为,网络金融信息量对价格变动量随机扰动项的贡献率是较高的。此研究同时也为网络金融信息流与金融市场相关研究提供了一个探索性的研究范例。

  [Abstract] The paper introduces internet-based flows of financial information and their arithmetic variation into EGARCH model to explain the ARCH effect of prices of A-share market from the perspective of internet-based flows of financial information. The results show that after the introduction of the lagged volume of internet-based flows of financial information, the fitness of the model is significantly improved, and the adjusted model can explain the ARCH effect of price variation better. The coefficient of information volume precisely describes the dependent degree of ARCH effect of sample series on the information flows. The contribution rate of the information flows to price variation’s stochastic disturbance is high. The study also serves as a good reference to the research on the correlation of internet-based flows of financial information and financial market.

  美国金融监管的历史性变革——评析《多德-弗兰克法案》

  [摘 要] 为提升美国金融体系的稳定性和保护金融消费者利益,《多德-弗兰克华尔街改革和消费者保护法案》于2010年7月21日正式生效,该法案被认为是《格拉斯-斯蒂格尔法》以来最为重要的银行监管法案。该法案的内容主要包括加强对消费者权益的保护,预防系统性风险,改变金融机构“大而不能倒”的局面,加强对金融衍生品、信用评级机构、对冲基金的监管,对美联储的职责进行改革等。该法案体现了美国金融监管理念和监管模式的变革方向,也将对国际监管规则产生较大影响。同时它也存在诸多争议和不足,其实施过程和最终效果依然存在着不确定性。

  [Abstract] To improve the stability of U.S. financial system and protect the interests of financial consumers, Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act came into force on Jul. 21, 2010, which is regarded as the most important act on bank regulation since Glass-Steagall Act. The main contents of the Act include strengthening protection on consumers’ rights, taking precautions against systematic risks, changing the situation of too-big-to-fail, upgrading the regulation of financial derivatives, credit rating agencies and hedge funds, and reforming Fed’s responsibilities. The Act shows the reform direction of U.S. financial regulation notion and patterns, trys to achieve a balance between upholding financial stability and maintaining U.S. financial industry’s competitiveness, and will make great influence on international regulation rules. At the same time, the Act also triggers many debates and contains substantial ambiguities, so its implementation process and final effect are still uncertain.
