Dr. Zhigang Li, Chief Executive Officer of ICBC (Thai) led the volunteers from ICBC (Thai)’s staff in accompanying 80 children from the Rajvithi Home for Young Girls and the Mahamek Home for Boys on a field trip to the Sea Turtle Conservation Center, Sattathip Naval Base. At this event the children also enjoyed releasing matured turtles into the sea. In addition, the children also visited the Chakri Narubet vessel at the Sattahip Naval Base. ICBC (Thai) also donated THB 50,000 to the Sea Turtle Conservation Center to support the center’s conservation activities. Volunteers from the ICBC (Thai) staff took care of the children throughout the field trip. Fun games, giveaways and lunch were provided during the trip. It was a memorable day for both ICBC (Thai) staff volunteers and the children.
