Merchants Terms and Conditions
1. Present your ICBC Gold credit card and above, and valid passport at the ION Suite on level 4 between 10.30am – 8.30pm to gain access.
2. Receive complimentary Limousine Airport Transfer，Present your receipt(s), subject to a maximum of 4 same-day accumulated receipt(s), charge slips and passport at the Singapore Visitors Centre @ ION Orchard on level 1 between 10am – 10pm for redemption.
3. Redemption is on a first-come-first-served basis, limited to one redemption per shopper and 1 accompanying guest only during the visit to ION Suite.
4. Entry to ION Suite is subject to availability. During peak periods and when ION Suite is at, or nearing full capacity, admission will be restricted.
5. Visitors and their guests are required to exercise proper etiquette and meet the minimum dress standard of smart casual attire at all times. Guests in shorts, bermudas, singlets and slippers will not be admitted into ION Suite. 
6. Visitors may not bring food and beverages into ION Suite. Food and beverages are provided for enjoyment in ION Suite and must not be removed from the premises.
7. Bag deposit services are not provided in ION Suite. Visitors must take responsibility for their personal belongings whilst in ION Suite.
8. We reserve the right to request visitors to leave ION Suite should the visitor or their guest cause discomfort to other visitors, their guests, or our staff. 

ICBC Terms and Conditions
1. “ICBC” means Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited.
2. Payment must be made using an ICBC Gold tier and above Credit Card issued by ICBC China or other overseas branches (does not include ICBC Credit Cards issued by ICBC Singapore Branch).
3. This promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Merchant’s Terms and Conditions.
4. ICBC is not an agent of the merchant and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
5. ICBC shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the products and services provided by the Merchant. Any dispute in relation thereof shall be resolved directly with the relevant Merchant. ICBC shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered in connection with or arising from the products and services provided by the Merchant.
6. ICBC reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice to Cardholders. ICBC accepts no liability for such termination.
7. These terms and conditions are prepared in English and Chinese, in the event of inconsistencies, the English version shall prevail.
