Merchants Terms and Conditions
1. The promotion is valid from for tourists with ICBC Gold Credit Card and above only.
2. Receive complimentary access to ION Suite, Present your ICBC Gold credit card and above, and valid passport at the ION Suite on level 4 between 10.30am – 8.30pm to gain access.
3. Redemption must be made in person, by owner of the credit card / receipt(s) on same-day of purchase.
4. Present your receipt(s), subject to a maximum of 4 same-day accumulated receipt(s), charge slips and passport at the Singapore Visitors Centre @ ION Orchard on level 1 between 10am – 10pm for redemption.
5. Redemption is on a first-come-first-served basis, limited to one redemption per shopper per day and while stocks last.
6. Voucher is valid for one month from date of issue and limited to one-way transfer only.
7. Pick-up and drop-off point is limited to locations within Singapore only.

2. Payment must be made using an ICBC Gold tier and above Credit Card issued by ICBC China or other overseas branches (does not include ICBC credit cards issued by ICBC Singapore Branch).
3. This promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Merchant’s Terms and Conditions.
4. ICBC is not an agent of the merchant and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
5. ICBC shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the products and services provided by the Merchant. Any dispute in relation thereof shall be resolved directly with the relevant Merchant. ICBC shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered in connection with or arising from the products and services provided by the Merchant.
6. ICBC reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice to Cardholders. ICBC accepts no liability for such termination.
7. These terms and conditions are prepared in English and Chinese, in the event of inconsistencies, the English version shall prevail.
