We regret to inform you that ICBC Rewards will be discontinued with effect from 28 February 2021.  If you have any accumulated ICBC Points, please redeem your Rewards Voucher on or before 28 February 2021. Failing which, your existing ICBC Points will be forfeited without further notice to you.

You can refer to your monthly Credit Card Statement to view your accumulated ICBC Points to date or visit our branches for further enquiries.

Please note: If you intend to redeem more than 10 FairPrice Vouchers at one go, kindly send us an email at least 2 business days in advance to credit_card_centre@sg.icbc.com.cn with the subject title “ICBC Rewards Program” and indicate the quantity of vouchers and branch you will like to visit for redemption.
