As part of the Bank’s continuous effort to go green, with effect from 1st May 2022, we will no longer send out physical notification letter to customers whose account going on / already in dormant status. Instead, where applicable, customers will receive SMS notification (a month before and on or around the day account dormant). Please ensure your mobile contact with the Bank is updated.  

How to prevent becoming account dormant ?
Perform eligible transaction such as any of the following at least once every 12 months.
(a)Cash deposit or withdrawal over counter or at ATM;
(b)PayNow, FAST transfer or remittance;
(c)Debit card payment.
