An alert of "9611945" appears when logging in the ICBC Personal Internet Banking, saying wrong verification code or time out. How to deal with it?
This alert will show up if you input wrong verification code or run out of time while logging in ICBC Personal Internet Banking. Please input verification code in time after the login page shows up as an error will be alerted after the code lose effect some time later. Please try the following steps: 1) reopen IE after clearing temp files in the IE browser to enter correct verification code in time in English DBC case; 2) please use fixed IP or set routing policy into "keep-alive" and running time to 15 minutes if your computer is otherwise set up. Prompt: You can check the IP of your computer by posting at ICBC portal’s forum. Check you IP again 20 minutes later. Two different IP means you are using dynamic IP.
