TA A/C with non-zero balance or in abnormal status cannot be cancelled. 2. Normal TA A/C without confirmation from Fund House cannot be cancelled. 3. The same TA A/C opened in other bank or in ICBC in another city cannot be cancelled. 4. This service is only available in local area.
