Value date: 3 working days for EUR, 4 working days for USD

There is no charge for cash withdrawl(s) under 50,000 EUR/10,000 USD (excluded) within a week.
Advance notification should be made to the bank for cash withdrawl above 20,000(included) EUR/USD
Foreign Exchange
Currency: EUR 、 USD 、 HKD 、 GBP.
Favorable exchange rate is provided to customers for big transactions above certain amount.
For the occasional customer FX transaction shall not exceed 5,000 EUR/USD within one calendar year.
It is acceptable for FX transaction instruction sent by FAX
Remittance
Based on the powerful clearing network of ICBC, we provide convenient, prompt money transfer service to customer.
Customers can enjoy 33% discount of handling charge for transfer within ICBC.
Pre-Settlement Remittance
Remittance to China with pre-settled FX rate. With Pre-Settlement Remittance , customers can avoid the exchange rate risk and get exact remitting amount in RMB currency.
Payee's ID card number is required. Pre-Settlement Remittance amount is included in the 50,000 USD(equivalent) limit per payee within one calendar year for the exchange from foreign currency to RMB according to China's related regulation.

customers can keep the securities, certificates, confidential documents and valuables in safe deposit box.
2. Company finance service
Letter of Credit
For Import L/C, we provide issuance, amendment, document examination, payment under Import L/C.
For Export L/C, we provide L/C advice, document examination and negotiation under Export L/C.
As for export L/C advice in European countries, we promise to notify beneficiary within one working day by phone or fax, and send the original Export L/C to beneficiary by express.
Collection
We provide documentary collection and clean collection.
Trade Financing
We provide bill purchase, forfaiting, factoring and sight payment under usance L/C in trade settlement
Loan on domestic guarantee
We provide loan on the basis of guarantee or standby L/C from domestic branch.
Syndicated Loan
We participate in syndicated facility in primary and secondary market.
Currently, all these products and services are handled by ICBC Luxembourg Branch.
