Announcement on the Upgrade of E-banking System
 

Dear Customers:

We plan to upgrade the E-banking system on July 17, 2011 to provide more considerate and convenient services. The newly added features include  Easy Financing Trade Cluster,Corporate Internet Banking Foreign Exchange Wealth Management Express, Inquiry of Transaction Details for Longer time,Mobile Banking (WAP) Insurance and Wealth Management,Mobile Banking (WAP) Pension,and the optimization of Bank-Enterprise Interlink Function and Online Customer Service  (Click Here for details). The services of Internet Banking, Telephone Banking, Mobile Banking and other relevant systems will be suspended during the upgrade, specifically:
The Corporate Internet Banking, Bank-Enterprise Interlink, Personal Internet Banking and Mobile Banking services will be suspended at 3:20-8:00 on July 17.
The Telephone Banking service will be suspended at 3:30-8:00 on July 17.

Main Added or Optimized Features of the E-banking System after Upgrading

Easy Financing Express Trade Cluster. Easy Financing Express Trade Cluster business is established based on the original Easy Financing Express Online Trade Financing. Online business processing is provided to micro-businesses in specific fields (such as E-commerce platform online merchants and trade enterprises in professional markets) to enhance the loan approval efficiency.
Corporate Internet Banking Foreign Exchange Wealth Management Express. This new function is designed for customers with inflation-proof wealth management demands for forward payment of foreign exchange. Against full-amount pledge by RMB certificates of deposit or after paying the RMB deposit in full amount, customers may have access to the package services of import financing or import trade finance and forward foreign exchange sale/RMB swap. This service is launched in Shenzhen on a trial basis.
Bank-Enterprise Interlink Function Optimization. The new version adds functions of Bank-Enterprise Interlink certificate and account authority inquiry, deletion of personal payment batch deduction agreement and the new version of agent exchange order submission interface. Besides, the exiting interface business handling process is optimized, and the interface file format is upgraded to support XML2.0, realizing free extension of the Bank-Enterprise Interlink interface.
E-commerce Refining. The E-commerce functions, such as online payment, merchant management platform, E-commerce interface, bookkeeping mode and voucher printing, are optimized to satisfy diversified demands of merchants and make E-commerce products more standard, convenient and flexible.
Personal Custody Account Optimization. Self-service application for custody account is available, through which USB Key customers can apply for account custody via the Personal Internet Banking and set transaction authority of the custody account by themselves. Besides, this function is also added in the Mobile Banking (WAP).
Inquiry of Transaction Details for longer time. With this new function, personal customers can inquire via the Internet Banking, Telephone Banking about the details of transactions which occurred a long time ago.
Online Customer Service Optimization. After the optimization, functions of SMS reply, online message, self-service Q&A and customer star level display are added, further improving the customer satisfaction and consulting service.
Mobile Banking (WAP) Insurance and Wealth Management. With the newly added insurance function, customers can purchase insurance and inquire about insurance details via mobile phone banking. Moreover, the wealth management function is optimized. Several express wealth management products are available, enriching the investment function of the Mobile Banking (WAP).
Mobile Banking (WAP) Pension. With this new feature, customers can inquire about their enterprise annuity balance and details via mobile phone banking, which broadens the pension information inquiry channel.
