The VIP Customer Service Center (Hong Kong) of ICBC Peony Credit Card is officially operated on September 28th , 2007. This is another important move of ICBC Ltd. for its comprehensive revolution, modern commercial bank accomplishment and fully improvement of both service quality and ability.

The VIP Customer Service Center (Hong Kong) of ICBC Peony Credit Card, locating at The Galleria, No.9 Queen's Road Central of Hong Kong, is operated by ICBC (Asia) Ltd., which is entrusted by ICBC Ltd. With its operation, the Center will provide its Peony Platinum Card and Peony Golden Card users of Hong Kong area with (1) basic business services, such as business consultation, account inquiry, temporary amount adjustment, card loss report, supplement and/or substitute card for emergency, currency conversion business;(2) value-added services, including tourism consultation, merchants preferential direction, cash withdrawal on schedule or for emergency, etc. and along with (3) medical treatment services, including emergent Tele-family doctor service, overseas emergency aid service, domestic emergency aid service, etc., for Peony Platinum Card customers.

ICBC is the largest credit card issuing bank in China. In 2006, the issue amount of Peony Credit Card was more than 10 million, and the consumption amount was more than RMB 100 billion, which enable ICBC the No.1 to make such achievement at home.
