A password box pops up when signing in or using the ICBC corporate internet banking, requiring for entering password. How to deal with it?
Click the "Tools - Internet options - Advanced" in the IE browser, tick TLS1.0 and untick TLS1.1 and TLS1.2. Restart browser after shutting down IE browser to log in. If it still does not work, please take the following steps: 1) clear the cookies and temp files of IE, set the IE security grade into medium, and select "start" for relevant items of activeX; 2) upgrade anti-virus software to check virus; 3) set the MTU of router to between 1460 to 1490; 4) reinstall drivers and activeX after building new windows users.
