To provide you with better services, we will upgrade and maintain the system from 4:00 AM to 8:30 AM on April 13th,2025.During the renovation,services including  Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Bank-Enterprise Interconnection, ICBC e-Credit，Regulatory Compliance Cloud, Bill Payment Cloud, Judicial Auction, Anxin Account, and Personal Bonus Points, Premium Star Points, and Green Energy inquiry or redemption across all channels will be temporarily suspended.
In Addition, we will conduct upgrade maintenance for the Pension Finance Integrated Management System from 10:00 PM to 11:50 PM on April 12, during which Personal Mobile Banking and Cloud Branch channels will temporarily suspend Personal Pension services.From 0:00 AM to 6:00 AM on April 13, 2025, services including Inclusive Loans, Personal Loans, credit card-related operations across all channels will be temporarily suspended.From 2:00 AM to 4:00 AM on April 13, 2025,upgrade maintenance will be conducted for the e-CNY system and Enterprise Information Service Center. During the renovation, e-CNY service, partial message notifications, and ICBC Message Service agreement registration across all channels will be temporarily suspended, while balance change notification SMS will be delayed.
