During this period, the following services for certain customers will be temporarily suspended via all channels: corporate settlement account inquiries and maintenance, settlement and payment, account deposits through NetUnion and IBPS, as well as inquiries and transactions related to personal fund transfers and remittances.
Apart from the affected services mentioned above, our Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Self-Service Terminals, Call Center Bank Service, Bank-Enterprise Connectivity, and other service channels will remain fully operational during the system upgrade.
