ICBC Global Market: RMB Interest Rate Market Update - April 3, 2018
 

Liquidity balanced on Monday. Overnight repo rates plunged around 76 bps at 2.6825 percent, and 7-day repo rates tumbled around 116 bps at 3.0314 percent. Yields of cash T-bonds edged down in steadied trading. 1-year T-bonds yields fell 1.5 bps at 3.285 percent; 5-year T-bonds inched down 0.5 bps to yield 3.645 percent; 10-year T-bonds slipped 0.5 bps to yield 3.735 percent. Yields of financial bonds turned lower in stabilized trading. 1-year bonds issued by China Development Bank slipped 2 bps to yield 3.905 percent; 5-year bonds issued by the Bank were flat to yield 4.53 percent; and 10-year bonds lost 0.5 bps to yield 4.71 percent.
