Liquidity tightened on Monday. Overnight repo rates rose around 3 bps at 3.0217 percent, and 7-day repo rates rallied around 4 bps at 3.5718 percent. Yields of cash T-bonds edged up in steadied trading. 1-year T-bonds yields remained unchanged at 3.34 percent; 5-year T-bonds inched up 0.5 bps to yield 3.595 percent; 10-year T-bonds increased 1.5 bps to yield 3.615 percent. Yields of financial bonds turned higher in stabilized trading. 1-year bonds issued by China Development Bank added 1 bp to yield 3.70 percent; 5-year bonds issued by the Bank climbed 2.25 bps to yield 4.2125 percent; and 10-year bonds gained 2 bps to yield 4.3025 percent.
