Liquidity eased on Friday. Overnight repo rates soared around 88 bps at 3.1562 percent, and 7-day repo rates tumbled around 101 bps at 3.5843 percent. Yields of cash T-bonds edged down in brisk trading. 1-year T-bonds yields fell 6 bps at 3.15 percent; 5-year T-bonds retreated 4.5 bps to yield 3.34 percent; 10-year T-bonds slipped 6 bps to yield 3.47 percent. Yields of financial bonds turned lower in heavy trading. 1-year bonds issued by China Development Bank dropped 19 bps to yield 3.67 percent; 5-year bonds issued by the Bank slid 6.5 bps to yield 4.09 percent; and 10-year bonds lost 4.5 bps to yield 4.2525 percent.
