Liquidity eased on Wednesday. Overnight repo rates inched up around 0.02 bps at 2.5528 percent, and 7-day repo rates rallied around 8 bps at 2.8917 percent. Yields of cash T-bonds edged down in steadied trading. 1-year T-bonds yields remained unchanged at 3.13 percent; 5-year T-bonds dropped 1 bp to yield 3.40 percent; 10-year T-bonds slid 2.5 bps to yield 3.635 percent. Yields of financial bonds turned lower in stable trading. 1-year bonds issued by China Development Bank were flat to yield 3.90 percent; 5-year bonds issued by the Bank slipped 3 bps to yield 4.325 percent; and 10-year bonds lost 2.75 bps to yield 4.4475 percent.
