Liquidity eased on Thursday. Overnight repo rates fell around 9.67 bps at 2.7021 percent, and 7-day repo rates plunged around 27 bps at 3.1240 percent. Yields of cash T-bonds edged down in steadied trading. 1-year T-bonds yields fell 4 bps at 2.96 percent; 5-year T-bonds slipped 3 bps to yield 3.25 percent; 10-year T-bonds dropped 3 bps to yield 3.65 percent. Yields of financial bonds turned lower in stabilized trading. 1-year bonds issued by China Development Bank retreated 6 bps to yield 3.74 percent; 5-year bonds issued by the Bank sagged 2.5 bps to yield 4.3150 percent; and 10-year bonds lost 2 bps to yield 4.445 percent.
