Liquidity balanced on Friday. Overnight repo rates tumbled around 28.6 bps at 2.7773 percent, and 7-day repo rates surged around 35.9 bps at 3.9972 percent. Yields of cash T-bonds diverged in steadied trading. 1-year T-bonds yields remained unchanged at 3.47 percent; 5-year T-bonds were flat to yield 3.595 percent; 10-year T-bonds were also flat to yield 3.6125 percent. Yields of financial bonds were mixed in stable trading. 1-year bonds issued by China Development Bank were flat to yield 3.96 percent; 5-year bonds issued by the Bank remained unchanged to yield 4.24 percent; and 10-year bonds were flat to yield 4.19 percent.
