Liquidity eased on Friday. Overnight repo rates tumbled around 30 bps at 2.8628 percent, and 7-day repo rates plunged around 72 bps at 3.3574 percent. Yields of cash T-bonds edged up in lukewarm trading. 1-year T-bonds yields remained unchanged at 3.37 percent; 5-year T-bonds inched up 0.25 bps to yield 3.6125 percent; 10-year T-bonds rose 1 bp to yield 3.635 percent. Yields of financial bonds turned higher in lackluster trading. 1-year bonds issued by China Development Bank were flat to yield 3.95 percent; 5-year bonds issued by the Bank added 1.5 bps to yield 4.33 percent; and 10-year bonds gained 0.75 bps to yield 4.3675 percent.
