To guarantee the security of Guangzhou 2010 Asian Games and Asian Para Games opening and closing ceremonies, prevent fake tickets, control ticket scalping, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of ticket purchasers, the Asian Games and Asian Para Games Opening and Closing Ceremonies adopt the policy of real-name purchasing, real-name transferring and real-name entering admission. The purchasers who intend to transfer their tickets should make it done beforehand. Each ticket is allowed to be transferred only once. Ticket transferring applying should be dictated by the main-purchaser stated on the drawing result confirmation, and it is irrevocable once the application is submitted. Guangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee will begin to accept transfer application from September 25, 2010 and specific arrangements now announced as follows:
1.Applicant
No matter whose ticket is transferred, the main-purchaser's or the co-purchaser's, the ticket transferring application should be submitted by the main-purchaser stated on the drawing result confirmation.
2.Transferor
Transferor is the one who originally has the ticket and wants to transfer his ticket, and who could be the main-purchaser or the co-purchaser. Provided that the transferor is the main-purchaser, the applicant is the also the transferor.
3.Transferee
Transferee is the one who accepts the ticket transfer, the owner of the ticket after transferring, and the final ticket holder to enter the venue.
4.Transferring Conditions
It is required that there is voluntary application, transferring and acceptance as all parties of the applicant, transferor and transferee make the transferring procedures done. No reselling promise is also required. Each party should comply with the ticket policies and regulations issued by Guangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee.
5.Transferring Site
Guangzhou Asian Games Official Ticketing Outlets, which are about 400 ICBC ticketing outlets across the country (Macau ticketing outlet excluded).
6.Transferring Time
Transferring application will be accepted from September 25, 2010, 10:00 A.M. to October 22, 2010, 17:00 P.M.
7.Application Manners
Fill out as required the Application Form for Ceremony Ticket Transferring which can be collected from the designated ICBC ticketing outlets or downloaded from the official ticketing website, then submit it to the designated ICBC ticketing outlets for applying.
8.Documents Required for Ticket Transferring Application
1)Application Form for Ceremony Ticket Transferring
Application Form for Ceremony Ticket Transferring can be collected from the designated ICBC ticketing outlets or downloaded from the official ticketing website.
2)The Original ID Documents of the Applicant and Transferor and Their Copies, Together with the Copy of the Transferee's ID Document(A4 Paper).
It is required that the original ID documents of the applicant and transferor and their copies, together with the copy of the transferee's ID document, should be presented for identity verification on site. It is also required that the ID documents of the applicant and transferor use for ticket transferring should be consistent with those used for ticket purchasing.
The ID documents that can be used by the transferee include: Identity Card of People's Republic of China, Military Officer ID Card of People's Liberation Army, Officer ID Card of Chinese People's Armed Police Force, Officer ID Card of Public Security Border Defense, Officer ID Card of Public Security Fire Fighting, Officer ID Card of Public Security Guard, Passport, Mainland Travel Permit for HK and Macau Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents
3)Copy of Confirmation on Opening and Closing Ceremony Ticket Draw Results (A4 Paper)
9.Confirmation on Successful transferring
Guangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee will firstly check the application after it is submitted, then call the applicant about the successful transferring to finish the ticket transferring procedure.
10.Ticket Collection
As formulated by Guangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee that it is the original main-purchaser stated on the draw results confirmation who should be the only one permitted to collect the tickets even though the tickets have been transferred. The main-purchaser has the obligation to forward the tickets to each party involved. Guangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee is not responsible for the lost or damage of tickets.
