All designated ticketing outlets under the Beijing Branch are displaying standardized identity for the convenience of customers to buy tickets. Targeted training is provided to staff at these outlets in terms of the ticketing processes of reservation, reprinting, and cancellation and refund to bring faster and more efficient service. Besides, ICBC Beijing Branch also offers one-stop financial services including currency exchange and personal settlement. All ticketing outlets and related infrastructures are continuously monitored to ensure safe and orderly operation. As of May 31, 2010, ICBC Beijing Branch has sold around 900 tickets of the Asian Games, with a total amount of RMB 160,000.
