☆ Deposit interest rates For the deposit terms less than three months, the interests will be paid according to the current deposit interest rates based on the days for which the deposit has been made; for the deposit terms more than three months (including three months) but less than half year, the interests will be paid according to the three-month lump fixed deposit interest rate at withdrawal day with 40% discount; for the deposit terms more than half year (including half year) but less than one year, the interests will be paid according to the half-year lump fixed deposit interest rate at withdrawal day with 40% discount; for the deposit terms more than one year (including one year), no matter how long the terms are, the interests will be uniformly paid according to the one-year lump fixed deposit interest rate at withdraw day with 40% discount. If the interest rates are lower than those of the current deposits after discount, the interests will be paid according to the current deposit interest rates. The interest for RMB time-demand deposit is debited on each account based on actual-over-365.
☆ Service channel 1. Account opening: banking outlets. 2. Withdrawal: banking outlets. 3. Inquiries: banking outlets, Internet Banking, Telephone Banking, ATM, and self-service terminals.
☆ Operation Guide Account opening: customers need to go to banking outlets with valid IDs to apply for opening accounts. If the customers entrust other people to open the accounts for them, the entrusted agents are required to provide their own IDs at the same time.
