Telephone Payment is an online financial settlement service provided by 95588 Telephone Banking when ICBC clients are shopping on e-commerce platform.
You can transact payment operation of orders generated by e-commerce platform through the Telephone Payment service.

II. Target Client
Clients who wish to process order payment through 95588 Telephone Banking.

III. Features
You can transact payment both through mobile phone or telephone.

You are offer two operational models: telephone-binding or non-telephone-binding, which guarantee the financial security of your account.

IV. Application Condition
Clients of ICBC 95588 Telephone Banking.

V. Sign up
Binding specific phone numbers: please go to any ICBC branch to bind specific phone numbers for telephone payment (you can bind up to 4 phone numbers, either fixed telephone or mobile phone).

Ⅵ. Service Channel and Time
ICBC Telephone Banking provides you with 7x24 hours of round-the-clock services.

Ⅶ. Tip
For clients who are in need of frequent telephone payment, you are recommended to adopt the binding model.

Ⅷ. Definition
1. E-Commerce Platform: the online shopping mall platform that provides services of e-commerce, such as websites, business call centers, etc.
2.Binding Model: clients of the binding model can call 95588 through the binding phone for direct order payment. You can leave phone numbers (up to 4, either fixed telephones or mobile phone) at ICBC counter.
3. Non-Binding Model: for clients of the non-binding model, the system will check, upon payment confirmation, whether the phone number you set for online mall shopping is in accordance with the phone number you use to call 95588. If not, the payment cannot be completed.
