There are two ways to sign the agreement: first, log onto the website of ICBC personal Internet banking; second, enter the ICBC website through a link at the fee collecto's website. 2. Signing the letter of authorization at the ICBC branch. Personal fee paying customers shall complete all necessary authorization procedures at their local ICBC branches.
